Vigan is one of the places here in the Philippines I wanted to visit. Unfortunately, I don’t have the money: to buy airline tickets; to pay accommodations; to pay food and drinks; and to buy souvenirs.
One reason I want to visit Vigan, is young mega buildings, etc, nakatayo pa rin hanggang ngayon.
And aside from that, I don’t know if there is someone will to accompany me.
