I don't remember much of the details, but hindi ako masyadong nakatulog mula gabi ng January 30,hanggang 5 AM ng January 31.
Lately, I use my Atmos Fit to monitor my sleep/sleeping. As of today, this morning, umabot ng 5:32 AM. The quality is poor. See the image below.
On the other hand/Meanwhile, yesterday's quality is excellent, while today';s quality is good.
