Last Saturday, I attended 2015 Nestlé Choose Wellness Expo in Mega Trade Halls on SM Megamall.
I registered via email. Last year, I registered via Facebook. I tried using my Yahoo! Mail. I didn't received any verification email. I used my Gmail.
On the previous years, the nutritionists/dieticians get some of the attendees' information on health (i.e. BMI, height, weight, etc.). This year, they didn't do it. Hindi ko maalala kung may ganitong scenario last year.
In the survey area, sinabi ko yung nasa 3rd/third paragraph.
Sana, meron next year.

2014 Nestlé Choose Wellness Expo
Last Tuesday of last week, I registered online of the 2014 Nestlé Choose Wellness Expo website. Last Saturday morning when I arrived in SM Megamall's Bulding B, I didn't expect that there'll be a long queue for the people who registered online via aforementioned website.
Bawat brands ay may activity or activities. Tapos, any three (3) brands plus (+) one (1) wellness information (Wellness Theater or Wellness Center).
Here's the details:
Choose to be active.
Get moving! Try some fun and simple exercises that
you can do to jumpstart a more active lifestyle.
In the program, the male and female hosts featured a number of food items with their equivalent exercise. Hindi ko lang maalala yung nakuha ko.
Yung sa Wellness Center naman. Kukunin yung height, weight, name, age, at iba pang details, regarding sa health mo. Pupuntahan ka sa isang nutritionist/dietician. In my case, ibinagay ko yung isang piece of paper na may height, weight, name, age, at iba pang details. May hawak silang iPad.
Yes, you read it right, and I repeat. naubos yung oras ko sa dalawang activities dahil sa haba ng pila, kaya wala akong freebie na payong.
Ang main objective ko talaga yung consultation ng nutritionist/dietician.

To go to a gym or not to go to a gym.
To go to a gym, or not to go to gym. That is the question.
I'd tried to go to a gym once (belong to the top three popular gyms in the metro), I no longer attended the remaining 10 days due to my classes in college. I did it once, way back 2003 or 2004. I don't remember.
I'm planning to go to a gym in Ortigas, Pasig City. This time, I'm planning to go to a gym focused on circuit training. This gym is 360 Fitness Club. For more information, visit the link. They also have a Facebook fan fage.
And also, I found a blog that have posts on the aforementioned gym.
My 360 Fitness Club Experience
My 360 Fitness Club Addiction
I first learned about 360 Fitness Club, thru via Facebook friend, that he is a fan of the 360FC.
Hindi ko alam kung ano ang mga magiging reaksyon ng pamilya ko, lalo na ang magulang ko, na naisipan ko na mag-gym sa 360 Fitness Club.
Since this May of this year, I'm using treadmill which is originally owned by my cousin, wherein he migrated to the UK. One Thursday of June (of this year of course), I downloaded an application (or app) focusing on yoga and I tried it. I find some of the exercises are hard for me, while some of the exercises are easy or okay with me.
I also tried sit-up exercises.
In your mind, you have a question: "Why are you doing the yoga, treadmill and sit-up exercises?"
My answer is: "I'm doing these exercises, because I am a overweight person."
I'm planning to do the exercises I learned from one of the booths of the 2012 We Choose Wellness by Nestle Philippines. The aforementioned event is held last July 7-8, on SM Megamall's Mega Trade Halls 2 & 3.
And also, there's a post on When In Manila, and on PhilMUG.
