My day today, Sunday, November 12, 2023.

Yung tipong ngayong araw na ito, ulit ako nakauwi ng gabi, simula noong nag-start/nagstart ang COVID-19 pandemic.

Bago magpandemic, nakakauwi ako ng gabi, kasi may pasok ako sa Ortigas. Trabaho kasi.

Nagayong araw na ito, ay nag-ikot-ikot ako, pagktapos ko manood ng sine sa Trinoma, sa Trinoma. At nagpictre taking ako ng Christmas display ng SM The Block at Trinoma, at nag-ikot-ikot akos sa SM North North Edsa.

Hinanap ko yung branch ng Anytime Fitness sa SM North Towers. Wala sa SM North Towers yung branch ng Anytime Fitness SM North Edsa. Ang nakita ko lang ay branch sa SM North Towers, ay ang gym ng Slimmers World.

After gawin ko ang mga iyan sa Trinoma at sa Sm North Edsa, ay dumiretso ako sa SM Bus Way pra umuwi na. May pila sa sakayan ng bus papunta ng Valenzuela Gateway Complex. With this, hindi ko sasabihin kung taga-Valenzuela ako o hindi. Hugis letter U yung pila.

Pumunta ako sa teminal ng bus sa tapat ng main building ng SM North Edsa, ng around 6 PM. Nakasakay alo ng bus ng 6:39 PM.Nakabayad ako ng 6:51PM.

Hindi ko maalala kung anong oras ako dumating sa 7-11 para bumili ng (mineral water/buried water).

Hindi ko maaalala kung oras ako dumating ng bahay.

Around, and almost 6 PM, sinubukan kong gayahin yung exercises/workouts na home workout video ng Anytime Fitness.
On the second the second exercise/workout, biglang kumatok yung isang older sibling ko regarding sa MacBook Pro, because he's going to take a photo/picture of the aforementioned laptop.
Hindi ko natapos yung ginagawa ko, dahil nawalan ako ng gana. And I don't blame the aforementioned gym.

MetroDeal and Gold's Gym Philippines

I do admit that I am between overweight and obese. I used to workout in the SM North Edsa branch of Slimmers World, way back 2003 or 2004, when I was still in college.

I also used to workout in the gym in the office where I work. For one year and until mid-March of this year. With two/2 of of my co-workers, with the trainer of one of my bosses.

I have blog posts on Anytime Fitness, Fitness First, Gold's Gym, Slimmers World, and 360 Fitness Club.

I have this app called MetroDeal. And I am (I'm) browsing the recently, for which of the five (5) aforementioned gyms/fitness centers are available, in the app. Gold's Gym is fitness center/gym available.

In the app, I chose their Vertis North branch. I don't know what happened on their Waltermart Muñoz*. And it is the nearest to my location here in Valenzuela City.

Last Friday afternoon, kumuha ako ng two-month memebership sa Vertis North branch ng Gold's Gym. And I paid it on the LBC branch na pinupuntahan ko via DragonPay. I received 2 (two) emails that the payment is successful, one from DragonPay, and 1 from MetroDeal.

I'm planning to start my membership by December 1.

* Pronounced as muhnyoz.

Anytime Fitness Philippines

There is a branch of Anytime Fitness near the office where I work. There is a branch of Anytime Fitness in a mall in Quezon City where one of the two malls I (visit/go to). There is a branch of Anytime Fitness here in Valenzuela City.

Although, nakikisali ako sa lunch workout ng two of my female colleagues, minsan, wala yung personal trainer. Minsan wala either yung isa sa dalawa sa female colleagues. Minsan, wala din yung dalawang female colleagues.

Gusto kong mag-gym sa Anytime Fitness, kasi, they, the gym, operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. They have CCTV. This is one of the reasons why I would like to workout in the aforementioned gym. The other reasons are stated in the first paragraph of this blog post.

The other reason is that, if I want to watch a movie either in TriNoma, or in Ayala Malls Vertis North, I can workout at Anytime Fitness.

I want to work out with them, so I do not have any money.
