Here in the Philippines the community quarantine started mid-March of 2020. Metro Manila, and other places and areas are under the general community quarantine (GCQ) status until December 31, 2020; while the rest of the country is under the modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) status.
If my memory serves me right, I started my home workout around June or July, using two pieces of four pounds (LB) of barbell, yoga mat, and two yoga blocks.
One reason why I not completely having a good home workout, is that my family is that my family crossing the line too much. There are certain times na patago aka mag-workout.*
* There are certain times that I secretly workout.
I also have other problem. There are many home workout videos that are available on YouTube, that is hard for me to choose.
