On "Iron Man 3"

I may not be a fan DC Comic and Marvel comics, the first Iron Man movie is the first comics-based movie that I like. I like this this installment.

I don't know if Robert Downey, Jr. will reprise his role in the The Avengers sequel, and even in the fourth Iron Man movie.

The one with patok na fitness activities. / The most popular fitness activities.

10. Barre 3
9. Wushu
8. Aqua Zumba
7. Belly Dancing
6. Body Balance
5. Boxing
4. Body Combat
3. Boot Camp
2. Circuit Training
1. Body Attack

Here are my reasons on these patok na fitness activities. (Here are my Reasons on these popular fitness activities.)

1) Don't expect me to do the fitness activities numbers 8 and 7 because: I'm not interested on Aqua Zumba, and Belly Dancing.

2) Don't expect me to do the fitness activity number 10 because: I don't know what Barre 3 is.

3) Don't expect me to do the fitness activities numbers 9 and 5 because: I'm not a sports-minded person.

4) I may consider Body Balance, Body Combat, Boot Camp, Circuit Training and Body Attack. Yun nga lang, wala akong perang pambayad. (I may consider in Body Balance, Body Combat, Boot Camp, Circuit Training and Body Attack. But the sad thing is, I have no money to pay.)

On DeluxeFX

I learned from the app’s website, that application’s price, 0.99 USD, from the iTunes page in the Apple website.

The app is currently not available on the Android platform.

I wish that the app would have a “free version”.

I wish that the app would be available on the Android platform.

On circuit traning. And the 2 gyms I know.

It's been a long time that I want to know on how, an exercise called circuit training works.

Only 2 gyms I know, that specialize on circuit training. They are 360 Fitness Club and Crossfit Manila.

First, I discuss on 360 Fitness Club.

I don't remember on how I learned this gym. Their gym is just across from the "office" (that) I work. I remember that their gym is in the 16th floor of Strata 100, in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Way back 2011. Now their gym is in the 22nd floor, in the same building and location. Alongside Yellow Halo, Polecats Manila, Yoga+ (pronounced as Yoga Plus), and others.

The club also have other 2 branches: the 1st branch is in Makati; and the 2nd branch is in Timog Avenue, Quezon City.

In terms of convenience: in terms of work, I can go to the Ortigas branch; in terms of no work, I can go to the Timog branch.

Now, on Crossfit Manila.

I just learned about this gym this morning, while searching and learning more on circuit training via Bing.

The Eastwood branch is only listed on the "Contact Us" section of CFM's website. Although they have a branch in Fort Bonifacio in Taguig City.

For more information about this gym, visit their website.

Fuck LBM.

Kahapon ng umaga nagkaroon ako ng LBM, or diarrhea. LBM means Loose Bowel Movement.

It’s all Typhoon Karen’s fault. Yes, you read it right. It is all fault of that f***ing typhoon's fault, why I got sick for almost two weeks, and absent with my work for almost two weeks.

Nagkasakit ako last September 16, 2012, Sunday, pagkagaling ko sa Manila International Book Fair sa SM Mall of Asia.

2012 Summer Olympics
