Christmas 2021 at the shopping malls.

I can’t remember when I started taking pictures of Christmas decorations in shopping malls here in the Philippines, since “I had a job” in Ortigas.

I haven’t been able to take pictures of Christmas decorations in shopping malls here in the Philippines done in the COVID-19 pandemic. Well, except for SM Sucat in Parañaque City.

I don't know if I can do it, for some reason, I don't have an update on commuting here in Metro Manila. Even though I want to Grab, I don't have the money to pay.

The food, my family, and me.

I'm hungry at this time. And in recent years, I haven’t been able to eat well, it’s because of my family, especially my “sister-in-law” and my "father".

I don’t know from my dad if he can distinguish big from small and vice versa. I also don’t know if he knows how to distinguish much from little and vice versa.

There was a time they “stingy” to me.

Those are just a few of the reasons why I eat out, spill food, and eat secretly.

Washing some dinnerware on the evening of November 6, 2021, Saturday.

Last week, October 31, 2021, Saturday, my mother & my older store visit on the franchised store in the WalterMart branch in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. They came home late, it's between, 5 PM and 7 PM. They took home food from Tokyo Tokyo. Tokyo Tokyo is a Japanese-inspired fast food chain here in the Philippines. I just thought to myself, "Hey, thank you. I'm not going to wash dinnerware." After I took a bath, my “sister-in-law” was the one who washed the dinnerware. Similar tonight. But, dinner was sandwiches from Subway. And I was the one who washed the things used for dinner. I thought to myself, "This mother of mine, there's only so much to wash, I'm the one going to wash the things we had for dinner."

Some Metro Manila cinemas will reopen this November 2020. It is been one (1) year and seven (7) months, March 2020, that the Philippine cinemas are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Some of the Metro Manila will reopen this November 2020, some recently released Hollywood movies like the 2021 movie "Dune" and Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) films like "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings".

I'm not the only one who misses watching a film/movie in cinemas/movie houses.

But, of course, by next year, all the COVID-19 cases here in the Philippines continue to drop (or fall).

The novel "The Wish" by Nicholas Sparks.

The last book that I read written by Nicholas Sparks, is the book "The Wish". And I didn't finish the book "Two by Two." And yet, he has his latest novel.

The lost urge to exercise or to workout.

Nawalan na ako ng gana mag-exercise sa kuwarto ko simula noong "nagkasakit" ako nitong Setyembre. Nawalan na ako ng gana mag-workout sa kwarto ko simula noong "nagkasakit" ako nitong Setyembre.

Kung tutuusin, majority ng panahon na "nagkasakit" ako, migraine at ubo. Minor ang sinat.

Triller, my alternative to TikTok.

I was checking the article of MeWe on Wikipedia, I learned of the app Triller. The Triller app is similar to TikTok, and some of the features like lip-sync. I'm not sure if users can download a video from the aforementioned app.

On TikTok, users can add multiple accounts. But there is no feature of it on Triller.

I still use TikTok, though.

Since SM Aura opened to the public, I haven't visited the aforementioned shopping mall.

 

I miss hanging out in the malls

Yes, you read it right. I miss hanging out in the malls.

Since the community quarantine implemented here in the Philippines, I have only visited two (2) shopping malls. The Waltermart branch in Sta. Maria, Bulacan, and SM Sucat in Parañaque City.

I found out the website Goookmart today. But I forgot on how I learned about the aforementioned website for books.

And I found out the book "In My Dreams I Hold a Knife" on this website.

The book was published last August 3, 2021.

Mental health in the Philippines

I don't remember the year the Mental Health Act was signed into law here in the Philippines.

There are organizations, establishments, and institutions, that offer paid services on mental health. While others offer free services. I read some articles there are groups offer free services but with payment.

Last year, one popular coffee shop offer(ed) a webinar on mental health as a frontliner.

Since the community quarantine started last year of March 2020 here in the Philippines, I personally do not know what to do.

And since last year, I have browsing online on private organizations, establishments, and institutions, that offer free mental health, but without payment. Why? I have a job, but, my job is not stable, where I work. An employee texted me that they would call me. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Another reason is that I am looking an organization,  establishment, or institution offering free services with no payment, because I can't because I can't afford to pay much.

I have a reason why I don't tell my family, because, I feel that they will use my mental health status against me.

Craving for fried chicken of these food chains.

One of tonight's dinner is fried. While I'm eating a piece of friend chicken, all of a sudden I was craving the fried chicken of Jollibee, McDonald's, KFC, at Kenny Rogers Philippines.

Even the McDonald's chicken fillet.

I admit that I haven't tried the fried chicken of Wendy's and Burger King.
