The last Pixar movie that I'd (I did)watched was Onward. And I haven't (have not) watched Soul yet. And yet, Disney has (or have) a new film called Luca.

Spider-Man actors, Tom Holland, Zendaya and Jacob Batalon, has their own title on the new and upcoming Spider-Man film on their respective Instagram accounts.

Ice cream for dessert tonight, and other ice cream-related information.

It's (It is) been days since the last time that I ate ice cream for dessert. And I remember that the last that I ate ice cream was last month, January. And the ice cream flavor is rocky road.

Every person in the world has their own favourite flavors of ice cream. I don't know if there is a flavor of matcha ice cream. Before, I prefer flavor is rocky road than double dutch. I don't know why, as the time goes by, I prefer double dutch than rocky road.

So far, my other favorite flavours of ice cream are the following:
1) double dutch
2) strawberry
3) vanilla
4) cookies and cream
5) tutti frutti
6) coffee crumble

I learned these in Wikipedia, but I would like to try:
1) cotton candy
2) fish and chips
3) japaleño
4) mint chocolate chip
5) tutti frutti

I would like to try Selecta's black forest ice cream.

On my workout today.

Today, Tuesday, February 23, 2021. I did a stretching of workout.

But I didn't expected the result. See the image below.

On working out/exercising in my bedroom.

I could not able to workout or exercise or workout pproperly, because 1) of my family, and 2) my bedroom is not that big, and 3) I'm just using one of my smartphones.

Last Saturday evening, between 6 PM and 7 PM, I was surprised with the reult of the heart rate range. 50% fat burning, and 50% stress relieving. The same thing today, between 6 PM and 7 PM, but different: 50% tranquilization, and 50 % stress relieving.

Sneezed while wearing face mask and face shield.

Last February 7, Sunday, I was in SM City Sucat in Parañaque City. For the first time when I was going outside wearing wearing face mask and face shield since in the middle of 2020, I sneezed while wearing face mask and face shield. I don't know.

But last week, February 14, and today, February 21, I didn't sneezed.

On downloading ebooks, and audiobooks.

Yesterday evening, I was downloading some ebooks and audiobooks I want to download, and use it for personal consumption. Even though I don't have an ebook reader, and an audiobook player. But I have ebook reader, and an audiobook player on my smartphone/cellular phone.

If ever the ebook readers here in the Philippines, they are quite costly/expensive. I don't know if there are stores, including bookstores, that sell audiobooks. Even though people based in overseas/other countries can order ebook readers, and audiobook players on stores like Amazon, Barnes & Nobles, Kobo, etc.

The two (2) books are available, in the website of a local bookstore here in the Philippines. And by local bookstore here in the Philippines, it is a Filipino bookstore.

Because that I currently not working due to the COVID19 pandemic, I decided to download some ebooks and audiobooks, like I mentioned before, for personal consumption. And I only earn small amount of money.

Pop-up library "Book Stop" resumes operations in Intramuros, Manila.

I first learned about the re-opening of the pop-up library "Book Stop", is from an article on Manila Bulletin, on my Facebook feed.

Last year, I contacted "The Book Stop Project" on its Facebook fan page last year, on how to give or donate some of my books. But the reply is that they currently do not accepting donation(?) to due to the pandemic.

And yes, The Book Stop Project has a Facebook fan page.

On working out (or exercise) at home.

I don't remember but since the community quarantine here in the Philippines, I have been doing home workouts. But I can't workout or exercise here at home because of the people here in the house where I live.

You will ask, "why?" Well, here are three (3) reasons.

1) I don't have enough privacy. Even in my own room.

2) They secretly look at me in my room, regardless of what I do.

3) Even though I will download apps regarding home workouts, or I will imitate or follow home workouts on YouTube, if they tell me that if that is correct, is that true, etc.

Last year since the community quarantine, my second older brother's job is night shift, anad ordered a yoga mat. I notice him everytime I pee in the very early morning, but I "never question" him.

Last year, too, unitl now, my male cousin is based in Singapore, who upload his workouts in his Facebook Stories. I sometimes watch his Facebook Stories, but I "never question" him.

I know I still have reasons why I can't (exercise properly/workout well), I just can't remember.

These title cards on mental health.

Last Wednesday, February 10, from around/between 5 PM and 6 PM, I received a notification about the documentary TV series "Crime Scene: The Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel" so I watched it. The series is about the death of Canadian student of Elisa Lam at the Cecil Hotel.

The documentary series has four episodes. At the end of the fourth episode, the show features a intertitle (also known as title card) about mental health. For me, this is not the only chance, that Netflix, has a title card/intertitle on mental health.

Their TV show, and movie, "13 Reasons Why" and "All the Bright Places" (2020 film), respectively, have similar intertitles.

Netflix's campaign, Wanna Talk About It, started last year. Kindly read this short article for more information. There are also videos, articles, etc. online.

No blog posts lately, and new blog website.

Hello, everyone. I am sorry to tell you that this blog don't have new posts lately. I don't know why.

One new reason is that, it is hard for me to update this blog on my smartphone. Another reason is that one of my siblings has the laptop I use. Nakikigamit ako ng MacBook Air. wala akong sariling laptop.

And also, I am planning to a create new blog with a different account.

Knocking on the door, and eating rice.

Hindi ko alam kung bakit kapag kakain ng tanghalian at ng hapunan, itong mga matatandang kasama ko dito sa bahay, kakatok lang sa pintuan ng kwarto ko. Hindi magsasalita. Samantalang ako, hindi lang ako kakatok, magsasalita din ako. Pasaway itong si sister-in-law.

Tapos, "naparami" yung kuha ko ng kanin, dahil sa ginawa ni sister-in-law.

Between 8:30 PM, and 8:45, may nararamdam akong sakit sa utak ko. Hindi ko alam kung migraine, or kirot.
