Mental health in the Philippines

I don't remember the year the Mental Health Act was signed into law here in the Philippines.

There are organizations, establishments, and institutions, that offer paid services on mental health. While others offer free services. I read some articles there are groups offer free services but with payment.

Last year, one popular coffee shop offer(ed) a webinar on mental health as a frontliner.

Since the community quarantine started last year of March 2020 here in the Philippines, I personally do not know what to do.

And since last year, I have browsing online on private organizations, establishments, and institutions, that offer free mental health, but without payment. Why? I have a job, but, my job is not stable, where I work. An employee texted me that they would call me. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Another reason is that I am looking an organization,  establishment, or institution offering free services with no payment, because I can't because I can't afford to pay much.

I have a reason why I don't tell my family, because, I feel that they will use my mental health status against me.

Craving for fried chicken of these food chains.

One of tonight's dinner is fried. While I'm eating a piece of friend chicken, all of a sudden I was craving the fried chicken of Jollibee, McDonald's, KFC, at Kenny Rogers Philippines.

Even the McDonald's chicken fillet.

I admit that I haven't tried the fried chicken of Wendy's and Burger King.

Something about Polaroid and Fujifilm Instax.

After I watched the horror film, Polaroid, I developed an interest in instant films and cameras.

One (1) of my sibling have Fujifilm mini 7s, and has films. But I'm scared to open the box of the films, and use its films, because my sibling may (or might) get angry at me.

I would like to buy a camera from either Polaroid's camera, or Fujifilm's camera, but I don't havee enough money.

Thoughts about the working life, and the cultural life at Kobo.

I'd already thought of working in a company in other country, because I have some reasons. I don't know how to apply as an low-skilled/unskilled worker.

I don't know the Canadian company Kobo, accept unskilled or low-skilled worker. I couldn’t find about any info about the work life their. But what I like is the cultural life being offered Kobo. Click here for the info.

Unfortunately, I have nothing to offer to the job offerings listed their website.

Before the lockdown started here in the Philippines, one of my favorites from McDonald's Philippines's is their sandwich Sausage McMuffin with Egg, and their hash brown.

I don't remember the last time I ate the aforementioned items from the aforementonined fast food chain. But today, ngayon ulit ako nakakain nun ng nasabing fast food chain.

2021 Manila International Book Fair

The last time that I attended Manila International Book Fair was last 2019. I remember the day I attended was raining. But last year, 2020, the book fair went online, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year, the book fair will go online this year, from September 30 to October 4.
