McDonald's Philippines's "Little Sister" commercial.

I have older brothers, but I never had a healthy relationships with them.

I wonder I have a healthy relationship with (a) older sibling(s). I wonder what my life will be if I have younger siblings.

Muscles on the neck and triceps.

I worked out yesterday in Gold's Gym at Ayala Malls Vertis North. Hindi ako pinagpawisan. Kung pinagpawisan ako, sobrang slight.

Nung nagtreadmill ako, hindi ako pinagpawisan. One reason is nakatapat ako sa aircon.

GCash MasterCard, local ATMs, and Christmas holiday withdrawal rush.

Yesterday evening, when I was in the SM Megamall branch of Globe Telecom, I deposited 4,800 Philippine Pesos thru their GCash machine. After that, I decided to withdraw the 4,500 PhP thru the BDO ATMs.

I tried to withdraw the aforementioned money thru the BDO ATMs in SM Megamall, but no avail. Due to that, currently BDO cards currently accepted. Even the EastWest Bank ATM. And even the BPI and BDO ATMs in Shangri-La Plaza in Food Court near McDonald's and Max's. I tried the BPI ATM near the escalator in Ground Floor in Shangri-La Plaza. But no avail, also.

I panicked when I can't go home with money. I remember that one tenant gave a cash money as a Christmas gift, when I was in the Ground Floor of Mega Fashion Hall, worth two hundred pesos.

I was already in the bus, when I read a text message that I already "successfully" withdrawn the aforementioned amount. I sent a ticket to the GCash website's Help Center, when I arrived at home. When I checked my email this morning, I gave them a feedback. This afternoon, my account received/credited back to my account.

I thank God for the tenant. May God bless him/her.

Initial workout in this gym.

I could be wrong, the branch of Gold's Gym is originally located in Walter Mart mall in Muñoz*, Quezon City.

It was my first time to workout/exercise in the branch. And it also my first time in the aforementioned gym. Plano ko mag-gym in their branch in Muñoz, Quezon* City.

One reason kaya sa Vertis North branch, kasi, it is the nearest Gold's Gym to where I live.

I did treadmill, and yung equipment na nakaupo ka and crunches. And using a yoga mat, 45 degrees angle na ilalakad mo yung braso mo from your head to near your feet.

62nd Annual Grammy Awards nominees

I first learned about the nominees for next year’s 62nd Annual Grammy Awards, is last night when I saw an article on the Facebook fan page of The Huffington Post.

The first (1st) two (2) links are articles from The Huffington Post. The third (3rd) link is an article from The Washington Post.

2020 Grammys Nominations: Lizzo, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X Rule

Lizzo Nabs Most 2020 Grammy Nominations Of Any Artist

Grammy nominations 2020: Lizzo leads with 8 nods, followed by Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X

And also, I saw an article on the Facebook fan page of CNN Philippines, about the BTS supporters are upset when the famous/popular Korean boy band isn’t nominated a single nomination.

Former US First Lady Michelle Obama received a nomination, for the category, Best Spoken Word Album, for her work on the audiobook of her memoir "Becoming”. If she won, this would be Obama's first Grammy but her household's third.

Her husband, Former US President Barack Obama, won twice in 2006, and in 2008, for the audio recordings of his books, "Dreams of My Father" and "The Audacity of Hope", respectively.

Here's (Here is) the link for the Wikipedia page.

GCash and GSave.

I could be wrong but GCash is open to all subscribers.

Last Sunday afternoon, I opened a savings account on GSave via the GCash app. GCash has a partnership with CIMB Bank Philippines. I'm not sure if this feature is available on basic users. I am not sure if this feature is available to semi-verified users. This feature is available on fully verified users.

If you have money on GCash, you can transfer or save money on GSave via the save money on the home screen. For more information, click here.

---------

Last Sunday afternoon, I opened a savings account on GSave via the GCash app. One of the branches of Ministop in Ortigas has machine that cashing in of Philippine Peso bills between GCash and PayMaya. I chose GCash, and cash-in 100 pesos last Tuesday.

Why I cash-in of 100 pesos? GCash has a promo when you save money via GSave, at least 100 PhP, you will receive 100 pesos after three/3 days.

In my case, I deposited via GSave yesterday the 100 pesos last Tuesday, so I will received an additional P100 by Saturday, October 26. It will credited to my account "fourteen (14) business days after completion of the required activity."

For more information, click here.

MetroDeal and Gold's Gym Philippines

I do admit that I am between overweight and obese. I used to workout in the SM North Edsa branch of Slimmers World, way back 2003 or 2004, when I was still in college.

I also used to workout in the gym in the office where I work. For one year and until mid-March of this year. With two/2 of of my co-workers, with the trainer of one of my bosses.

I have blog posts on Anytime Fitness, Fitness First, Gold's Gym, Slimmers World, and 360 Fitness Club.

I have this app called MetroDeal. And I am (I'm) browsing the recently, for which of the five (5) aforementioned gyms/fitness centers are available, in the app. Gold's Gym is fitness center/gym available.

In the app, I chose their Vertis North branch. I don't know what happened on their Waltermart Muñoz*. And it is the nearest to my location here in Valenzuela City.

Last Friday afternoon, kumuha ako ng two-month memebership sa Vertis North branch ng Gold's Gym. And I paid it on the LBC branch na pinupuntahan ko via DragonPay. I received 2 (two) emails that the payment is successful, one from DragonPay, and 1 from MetroDeal.

I'm planning to start my membership by December 1.

On my day, on the 5th (fifth) and last day, of 40th Manila International Book Fair

The last time I was in SMX convention Center, was lastMarch 31, of this year. On the last of Franchise Asia Philippines 2019.

My parents dropped me off, in one (1) bus station in Guadalupe, Makati. Because they have delivery to one mall in Sucat, Parañaque. I took a bus going to SM Mall of Asia. The station of buses is near the Mall of Asia Globe.

There is an escalator near bus station.

The price for entrance fee for adults is 35 Philippine pesos (PhP), while 20 pesos for students, teachers, librarians, educators, etc. I (just) don't know the entrance fee for senior citizens, PWDs (persons with disabilities), and pregnant women. The last time I attend the aforementioned boof fair, was last 2016.

Nag-ikot-ikot lang ako. Wala akong biniling libro, dahil, wala akong sapat na pera. At hindi ko naisip na mag-ipon ng pera. At ko naisip na gumawa ng listahan/shopping list.

40th Manila International Book Fair

I don't remember the last time that I went to Manila International Book Fair at the SMX Convention Center, in SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

The Special Events both in the Facebook page, on both mobile version or browser version is hard to read.

I'm planning to go to the event by this coming Sunday. But I am not sure if I am going to the event this coming Saturday.

Various mass media companies have articles on this year's 40th Manila International Book Fair on their respective websites, some of them are listed below:

On recording sleep early and late.

I don't know why my Atmost Fit Elite record my sleeping time last Monday evening was as early as 18:02 PM (6:02 PM), despite the fact that I went to sleep around 10 PM.

And recorded my sleeping time until 5:25 AM, despite the fact that  I woke up at 5 AM. And that I don't remember bringing it to the bathroom.

I went to my bed last night around 10 PM.
I don't know why my Atmos Fit Elite recorded my sleeping time at 1:05 AM this morning.

On sleeping, waking up, and doing something.

Last Sunday evening, I went to bed and sleep. Around few minutes past 9 PM that I went to my bed and sleep.

I woke up around 1 AM. In the image below, the "record" of my sleep started at 1:43 AM until and ended at 7:58 AM, as seen below.

I don't know why my Atmos Fit Elite didn't "record" my sleep between 9 PM and 1 AM.

Before 1:43 AM, kumain ako ng popcorn as my midnight snack.

I don't remember what I slept last night. But my Atmos Fit Elite did "record" of my sleep from 12:25 AM, until 7:53 AM today.

I learned about World Book Day when two (2) popular bookstores here in the Philippines have posts on their social media accounts. It is held every April 23.

It has hastags on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

I am still in the middle of the book Two by Two by Nicholas Sparks.

I first learned about Love and Gravity by Samantha Sotto, when I was looking for some items in the Robinsons Galleria Branch of National Book Store.

I got my copy of Challenger Deep by Neal Shusterman when the Shangri-La Plaza branch of Powerbooks, had a promo called "Mystery Book Date" last year.

I learned about the book The Woman in the Window by A. J. Finn in the Facebook fan page of National Book Store.

National Shrine and Parish of Saint Padre Pio

Last Maundy Thursday evening, older sibling asked our parents to go to visit the National Shrine and Parish of Saint Padre Pio in Santo Tomas, Batangas.

We went to the shrine last Black Saturday. Only my father is not with us. The area is quite big. A lot pf people due to being a holiday. I'm not if the area is full of people, if not holiday.

We went and arrived there around 9 AM. And left the area around 1 PM.

Here are some YouTube videos:

Day 3: Franchise Asia Philippines 2019

My uncle and I went to the SMX Convention Center, to attend the Franchise Expo 2019. We attend the third (3rd) day of the aforementioned expo.

The expo is started last March 27. But the exhibit held last March 29, until yesterday, March 31. The entrance fee is one hundred pesos (100 PhP). I don't know if there is an entrance for students, senior citizens, and PWDs (people/persons with disability).

The function rooms, in the second floor, of SMX Convention Center also booths and exhibits.

I found a booth of the lemonade stand I usually buy lemonade drinks, in the second floor. I don't know why the sandwich stand I like has no booth there.

I don't know why some businesses costs millions of pesos. While other businesses are quote cheap.

I like the the lemonade stand, and the sandwich stand, but I don't have the money. I also don't know if I'm (I am going to franchise those two (2). And I do not know what my parents will react, if I am going to have franchises the two stands, and quite my day job.

This is the official website of Franchise Asia Philippines. This is the link of the Expo.

Dreamed in a bookstore, and in a shopping mall.

In my first (1st) dream, I am in a bookstore. I looking for two (2) books. I ask a male employee for the first book. After that, I am holding two books already.

After that, a female customer that same employee for a particular item, while the male employee give the details, the female customer look to her left, to her female friend.

---------

In the second dream, I am driving a car, parking that car, in a parking area.

I step out of the car. Move forward to the entrance and exit to that floor's area on the exit and entrance of that particular mall.

While walking to the entrance and exit of the mall, may kasabay akong lalaki. While walking, I notice a guy/man wearing a sleeveless undershirt (sando in Filipino and Tagalog), and a sleeveless jacket.

I am just few meters away from the entrance part, near to the male security guard, because the shopping mall is still closed. While waiting for the shopping mall to open, I saw/noticed the same man/guy wearing sleeveless undershirt, and sleeveless jacket.

Most shopping malls here in Metro Manila, open at 10 AM.
