With regarding with my shoulders and my triceps.

Last Wednesday last week, I went to the house gym of one of our neighbors. Two of the men there gave me tips. At first, I used 5 pounds; sometimes 10 pounds; sometimes 15 pounds; and the last 20 pounds, until I used 45 pounds of 20 and 25 pounds.

Noong Huwebes ng umaga hanggang Biyernes, nanginginig ang balikat ko. Kapag ginagalaw ko ang mga braso ko, nararamdam ko na may pangangalay ang lower left ng kaliwang braso ko at yung lower right ng kanang braso ko.

One reason kaya ako nakikigamit sa kanila, dahil kilala ko ang mga tao doon.
