May kumuha ng isang snack ko sa pinaglalagyan ng junk food. May hinala ako kung sino, pero wala akong pruweba o ebidensya. Pero ko talaga alam kung sino.

Kapag kumuha ako sa junk food nila, magagalit sila sa akin, o maiinis. Kung minsan, sasabihin nila na hindi para sa akin, at ni hindi sila kumukuha ay dahil para sa mga bata. Minsan daw eh, nakikikain sila. Kung minsan, pagsasabihan nila ako na lalo akong tataba sa kakakain ng junk food. Yes, sinasabi nila yun sa akin na kaya ako tumataba dahil dahil dun.

Kahit na (once in a blue moon/minsanan/ninsan) lang ako kumain ng junk food, sasabihin na maski na.

Yung iba, kahit anong kain, kahit painumin ng gamot, kahit pakainin sa mga buffet restaurants, hindi tumataba.

 

In my case, may certain times na lao akong tumaba dahil, ay dahil sa stress. Kaya patago ako nag-e-exercise sa kwarto ko, patago ako nag-wo-workout sa aking kuwarto. Nag-gym last December 2020, ng hindi alam ng pamilya ko.

 

Kaya ako patago nag-e-exercise, ay dahil mag-ko-comment, mag-re-react ang pamilya ko sa akin sa pag-wo-workout ko. Oo, hirap ako mag-exercise/workout.

 

Hindi madali magpa-payat, at mag-workout.

I have some ideas for the stories I'm planning to write, on the platfrom Webnovel and Wattpad. Some of them are already conceieved before the COVID19 pandemic started, while some of the ideas are already conceived during the month of November and the first week of December.

And by during the month of November and the first week of December, those ideas was conceived this year.

My problem is that will be the opening scenes, of those stories I am going to write, on Wattpad and Webnovel. Another problem of mine is that, if someone uses the MacBook Pro, I have to use my cellphone/smartphone. It its hard for me to use my smartphone/cellphone on writing stories.

Some movies this year, until next year.

There are movies are suppose to release this year, but to the COVID19 pandemic, some of the movies are released on streaming services (like Mulan and Artemis Fowl on Disney+). The Warner Bros. film Tenet is theatrically released. And some of the movies are going to be released next year, 2021.

Just like the 2020 film Dune. It is supposedly/originally to be this month of 2021, but it was going be released next year, October21, 2021. I read online that Wonder Woman 1984, will be released in theaters and on HBO MAX.

Another Warner Bros. film, Tom & Jerry, will be released this month, but moved on March 2021. Same thing with A Quiet Place Part II. It has a March 2020 release but moved on a later release, on April 2021.

Around, and almost 6 PM, sinubukan kong gayahin yung exercises/workouts na home workout video ng Anytime Fitness.
On the second the second exercise/workout, biglang kumatok yung isang older sibling ko regarding sa MacBook Pro, because he's going to take a photo/picture of the aforementioned laptop.
Hindi ko natapos yung ginagawa ko, dahil nawalan ako ng gana. And I don't blame the aforementioned gym.

About home workeout on YouTube.

Here in the Philippines the community quarantine started mid-March of 2020. Metro Manila, and other places and areas are under the general community quarantine (GCQ) status until December 31, 2020; while the rest of the country is under the modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) status.

If my memory serves me right, I started my home workout around June or July, using two pieces of four pounds (LB) of barbell, yoga mat, and two yoga blocks.

One reason why I not completely having a good home workout, is that my family is that my family crossing the line too much. There are certain times na patago aka mag-workout.*

* There are certain times that I secretly workout.

I also have other problem. There are many home workout videos that are available on YouTube, that is hard for me to choose.

Earlier this year, since the start of the community here in the Philippines, I have been working out in my room, using 4 (four) pounds of barbell, yoga mat, some mobile app on my Android phone, and some videos on YouTube.

You may know Hideo Muraoka in the Pinoy Big Brother reality show. I do admit that these folllowing two (2) videos are pinagpawisan ako. I find the second video about being a workout on yoga.

As speaking of yoga, there are certain exercises that are hard for me. Like in the second video post here, the exercise is you are standing while you are facing your legs. One reason, is hindi naman ako katangkaran. My is 5'2".

On diet and rice.

 Tonight’s dinner, someone in my family put a small amount of rice in/on my plate. Hindi ako nagreklamo.

I accompanied my mother in St. Luke’s Hospital in Quezon City.

Kinagabihan, someone in my famlly put a small amount of rice on/in my plate. Ako ay nainis/nagalit. Hindi ko kasi maintindihan kasi pagtapos kong samahan yung nanay ko, yun yung gagawin nila.

Blog about my mental health?

Recently, I have two (2) posts about my mental health. I don’t know why na naisipan ko i-post iyon.

Since my first post about my mental health, i considering making a blog, vlog, and podcast about my mental health. I also considering checking my mental health with a psychiatrist or a psychologist.

I also considering my mental health with the respective departments of UST* and AdMU*. Because the two universities offer free counseling. I just know if DLSU* and UP * free counseling.

I jusr don’t if they accept clients, as with Metro Manila is still under (GCQ)* until December 31, 2020.

Last Tuesday morning, using the MacBook Pro, I was able to browse on Google Chrome and visit the Filipino website Pinoy Exchange, able to browse on Google Chrome. I havent’ download the Opera browser on my account on the MacBook Pro I use.

But today and and last Thursday, I wast otable to visit some websites and browse on Google Chrome and Opera.

But today, I am able to acces my account on the website Blogger.

Something about my mental health.

Way back December of 2008, my parents & I went to a special school for children (autism, etc.) in Mandaluyong City. I was diagnos with mild mental retardation. I didn’t think of asking why I have such diagnosis.

Since the community quarantine last mid-March of this  year of 2020, here in the Philippines, many calls have been increased received  regarding their mental health.

My mental health worsen since the community quarantine here in the Philippines.

I found two (2) online apps regarding mental health, but I just don’t know if the organizations require payments.

I’d like to check my mental health thru phone calls, due to my privacy with my family, I decided against it.

I also found out that the universities, Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) and University of Santo Tomas (UST) offer free services on mental health. But unfortunately, I don’t know thwir regulations on their services as Metro Manila is currently under the General Community Quarantine status (GCQ)(?).

Maybe I try to contact them, once the cases of COVID19 have been flatten to low cases, until to no more cases (at all). And phased to the new normal.

I am sorry for no having new posts.

I am sorry for no having new posts, for the following reasons:

1) I forgot this blog.

2) By around April, or mid-May, my oldest sibling the/this MacBook that I use for Internet browsing, Pinoy Exchange, Wikipedia, Newsy, torrent download (for personal use), etc.

3) It is hard for me to update my blogs on my smartphone.

Last weekend, I (just) learned from my oldest sibling that, he already brought the MacBook. And it was on my parents's bedroom.

Yes, you read it right. I envy the employees of Pasig City government employees. Why? Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto gave a notice on the LGU employees and their salary. The LGU employees still receives their salary. Hindi ko alam yung mga kasama kong empleyado sa pinapasukan ko dyan sa Ortigas Center.

I'm a casual reader. The very first book written by Stephen King is "Carrie", as seen above.

And I have been watched movies/films based on his novels. I'd seen some of the films based on his books and short stories. And I haven't seen yet  some of the movies based on his novels and short stories.

I seen the adaptation of "The Shining", but only the first few scenes. I don't know why. And I have not finished reading the novel.

I bought the book "'Salem's Lot" in the Mega Fashion Hall branch of Fully Booked in SM Megamall yesterday.

Ilang beses na akong nakapunta sa Baguio. I don't remember the very first time that I went to Baguio.

The most recent is in December 2018.

My family is planning to go to Baguio this long weekend due to my nephews' school has/have no classes on Monday February 24. And of course, on Tuesday, February 25 is a special non-working holiday, due to Edsa People Power.

Before that, my family is planning to go to Pangasinan. Maybe thy planning to go to Manaoag Church. I (don't/do not) know.

Matagal na akong hindi nakakabasa ng novel, regardless of the genre. I have books/novels I (haven't/have not) read yet.

I bought the book, as seen above, last Tuesday from National Book Store in Shangri-La Plaza. I originally to buy Stephen King's latest book "The Institute" but I couldn't find the book in both branches of National Book Store in their branches in SM Megamall and Shangri-La Plaza, Powerbooks in Shangri-La Plaza, and Fully Booked in SM Megamall's Mega Fashion Hall.

I just read the few pages of the book. I just started reading the novel. It is under the category (of) young adults fiction.

While I was sleeping with this sleeping monitor feature.

I don't remember much of the details, but hindi ako masyadong nakatulog mula gabi ng January 30,hanggang 5 AM ng January 31.

Lately, I use my Atmos Fit to monitor my sleep/sleeping. As of today, this morning, umabot ng 5:32 AM. The quality is poor. See the image below.

On the other hand/Meanwhile, yesterday's quality is excellent, while today';s quality is good.

I have been taking photos, and (I'm/I am) have (some) interest(s) on photography since when I was in college. Back then, I still have my Nokia 7210 Supernova. I no longer remember where I saved all the photos and videos using the aforementioned Nokia mobile phone.

I have folloing Australian actor nathaniel Buzolic on Instagram. Napanood ko siya sa isang episode ng TV series na Supernatural, and in the Oscar-nominated Mel Gibson-directed film Hacksaw Ridge. Although he is best known for appearing for a couple of episodes in The Vampire Diaries.

GCash' Invest Money

Last year, around mid-October, I tried GCash' Invest Money. The minimum amount of investment is 50 pesos. After two (2) days, the investment for 50 pesos is 50.08 pesos.

Last Tuesday afternoon, I tried it again. But this time, the money I invested is 100 pesos. I "received" a text message at 9:09 PM last night, but I "received" the text message at 1:12 AM this morning.

But in the GCash app, the Units is 0.91. And NAVPU is 109.14.

Both the Market Fund, and the Market Value is 99.99.
