Sa Enchanted Kingdom.

Ang first time ko sa Enchanted Kingdom ay noong summer vacation ng 1997. At ang second time ko ay panahon ng field trip ko noon 1997 din, noong ako pa ay nasa 1st year high school student pa ako.

18 years na pala any nakalipas. Noong first time ko sa Enchanted Kingdom ay, kasama ko yung older brother ko, nanay ko tita ko, at isang matandang lalaki na kilala ng nanay at tita ko.

I do understand that there are changes at Enchanted Kingdom. I'm planning to go there, at around April 2015, or at May 2015.

Just in case you didn't know, Enchanted Kingdom is located at Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

I learned that the nominees of 57th Annual Grammy Awards, is last December 7, Sunday, on Wikipedia. Basta na lang na naisip na tingnan yung article ng nasabing awards sa nasabing website.

And also I didn't expected that Coldplay's album Ghost Stories, was nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album. I consider Coldplay as alternative band.

I didn't enjoyed much with the movie. I don't know why. Okay naman yung movie.

I'm quite disappointed with the screening time of Hugo Weaving and Christopher Lee's characters. I wonder what happened with his character, when he said that he is dealing with Sauron.

I don't remember the day one of my bosses asked me, na kung among gusto kong merienda: kung pizza or burger. I answered I like pizza.

I was also asked if which I like: Pizza Hut or Shakey's. I answered the latter.

Due to that young mga kasama ko ay medyo busy, ako na lang yung tumawag.

It was my first time, na nagpa-deliver ako ng pizza. Regardless kung sa bahay, or sa opisina. It was my first time na magpa-deliver sa opisina. I haven't tried to deliver sa bahay.

Of course, medyo kinakabahan ako nung oras na yun. Kasi 1st time kong gawin yun.

Wendy's Criss Cut Crunchers

I bought this with Wendy's Fish Fillet. My first impression of the fries is that, it is tasted like KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken)'s french fries.

I don't why it is tasted like it. I just don't know if I'm going buy it again.

It has two (2) dips: the one I had is Cheese & Cheese. And the other one is Bacon and Barbecue.

Jollibee's Ultimate Burger Steak with Mashed Potato

I tried Jollibee's Ultimate Burger Steak with Mashed Potato yesterday for my lunch. Okay naman yung meal.

Maliit lang yung mashed pototo ng Jollibee, I prefer the one with french fries deep in their gravy.

In terms of the patty, I prefer the patty in Ultimate Burger Steak, than in their 1-piece burger steak.

Godzilla (2014 film)

Starting with this post, I will no longer rate a movie.

I thought that Godzilla is the main villain of this version, just like the previously released Godzilla movies. Hindi pala. The main villains are the two (2) unknown creatures.

Okay naman yung movie. And the acting, too.

I have a feeling that this movie might be a possible nominee for next year's Oscars, for Best Sound Editing, and Best Sound Mixing.

Walang masyadong action scenes sa Mockingjay, Part 1.

I like Katniss’ anger when the hospital is burning. Wala masyadong exposure si Finnick Odair.

Same thing din kay President Snow. Effie Trinket is originally appeared on the latter part of the book, but she appeared in the movie.

Sky Ranch Pampanga

I honestly haven't visited Sky Ranch Tagaytay, but there is a Sky Ranch branch being constructed in Pampanga. Just near SM Pampanga.

Yes, you read it right.

The original date to be opened to the public is on November 15, but its moved on November 30.

I will post soon, once the aforementioned branch is opened.

Moon+ Reader

In my previous post, I gave my opinion on Aldiko Book Reader. In this post, I will give my opinion on Moon+ Reader.

What I like Moon+ Reader, it has feature on statistics on the ebooks you currently reading, and the ebooks you previously read.

What I dislike about the app is the navigation of the app.

So, in my humble opinion, I prefer Aldiko Book Reader.

Long queue, and traffic.

Last Monday morning, around and between 10:30 and 10:38 AM when I was going mula sa side ng Hotel Sogo papuntang side ng Trinoma gamit ang tulay, napansin ko na may pila pa rin ng ganung oras. In my mind: "Ha, may pa pila at mahaba pa run ng ganitong oras?" ("Huh, there's a queue and a long queue at this time?").

Hindi ko alam kung bakit may pila ng ganung oras sa MRT North Avenue.

Last Thursday morning, when I was going to my work, there's a moderate traffic papasok at palabas ng Cubao, particulary sa mismong area ng MRT Cubao, kaya late ako sa opisina ko.

Nakakatamad mag-MRT sa North Edsa/Avenue kasi mahaba pila, at may oras na nagii-skip ng station.

I like the movie. I like the animation.

I didn't expected who the kabuki masked man. I like the chemistry between Hiro and Baymax.

I noticed that there are scenes in the trailers, are not included in the movie.

I hope and wish that there will be a sequel. Attention, Disney, cast & crew.

Just like other movies and Marvel movies, wait for the post-credit scene.

The Best of Me (2014 film)

Initially, I don't no plans to watch this movie. To be honest, this movie is not that good, but not that bad.

The acting is just okay. And the directing is just okay, too.

I somewhat don't feel the chemistry between James Marsden and Michelle Monaghan.

I don't remember the last time that I ate McDonald's Big Mac. But I ate the aforementioned burger yesterday afternoon.

I enjoyed eating McDonald's Big Mac. I loved it.

My thoughts on "Looking for Alaska" by John Green.

Warning, spoilers ahead.

I finished this book last night. To be honest, I'm quite disappointed by the book's ending. I don't know why.

I didn't expected that Takumi is the last person who saw Alaska leaving the dorm.

He should told it to the General and Miles. The General and Miles should ask Takumi.

I don't know why John Green didn't revealed the scene on how Alaska died.

35th Manila International Book Fair, Day 2

Last Saturday, I attended a writing workshop by Precious Pages and Lampara. This event was held during fourth (4th) day of 35th Manila International Book Fair, in SMX Convention Center in SM Mall of Asia. I didn't expected that the writing workshop, is a writing workshop for children's literature. I left the workshop unannounced during the 5 (five) minute break.

So I decided to go the book fair. As expected, there are a lot of people.

This time, I bought Looking for Alaska (from National Book Store) by John Green, and Mockingjay. The former book was by John Green, while the latter book was written by Suzanne Collins.

I bought the former book, from the booth of National Book Store, while I bought the latter book from the booth of Fully Booked.

Both books, have 20% discount.

35th Manila International Book Fair, Day 1

Last Wednesday, I went on the first (1st) day of 35th Manila International Book Fair, in SMX Convention Center in SM Mall of Asia. As expected, there are a lot of people.

My main purpose on that day, is to buy books, I bought An Abundance of Katherines, and Paper Towns. Both books are written by John Green. I bought these books from the booth of Fully Booked.

I currently reading the former book.

The Maze Runner (2014 film)

I read the book because of curiosity.

I learned about the movie and the book series on this website.

The film/movie adaptation is good. I like the performance of Will Poulter. If I'm not mistaken, he uses American accent despite being a British actor. Same thing as the actress who plays Teresa.

May kulang yung aura ni Teresa actress sa movie.

I noticed that the filmmakers changed, or dropped some subplots and scenes. Aside from that, the movie/film rating is good.

35th Manila International Book Fair

I don't remember the first time I attended Manila International Book Fair. It was the first time that I attended the book fair when it was the first time it was held in SM Mall of Asia's SMX Convention Center.

I hope I attend the events to be held on the last two (2) days of the book fair.

Cibo, Robinsons Magnolia

My mother, my older brother, my sister-in-law, my nephew, and I ate our dinner in Cibo, in Robinsons Magnolia. Matagal ko gustong kumain sa Cibo. It is happened last Tuesday last week, July 15, 2014.

I like the service. I like the food order by my older sibling.

The food ordered by my older sibling, in my humble opinion (IMHO) is delicious. Hindi naman kamahalan sa Cibo.

I don't know on how to pronounce the name of the restaurant.

The restaurant has other branches. The restuarant has social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Cibo has also have a website.

Robinsons Magnolia

I don't remember wherein Robinsons Magnolia is opened to the public. And it is my first time to visit the aforementioned mall last Tuesday last week, July 15, 2014.

My first (1st) is somewhat similar to Gateway Mall in Araneta Center in Cubao; and Shangri-La Plaza Mall in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong.

Robinsons Magnolia is like Gateway Mall. Because, it is like there stores are selected. There's no Bench, KFC and McDonald's.

Robinsons Magnolia is like Shangri-La Plaza Mall. Because it is in the former mall, the expensive store are first (1st), and second (2nd) floors/levels. the not-so-expensive stores are located in the second (2nd) and third (3rd) floors/levels.

What I like about Robinsons Magnolia is that, this not a crowded Robinsons mall. Yun nag lang, sadyain any mall na ito, if you are coming in from other nearby places.

The other Robinsons mall I visited that is not crowd, is Robinsons Starmills in Pampanga.

2014 Nestlé Choose Wellness Expo

Last Tuesday of last week, I registered online of the 2014 Nestlé Choose Wellness Expo website. Last Saturday morning when I arrived in SM Megamall's Bulding B, I didn't expect that there'll be a long queue for the people who registered online via aforementioned website.

Bawat brands ay may activity or activities. Tapos, any three (3) brands plus (+) one (1) wellness information (Wellness Theater or Wellness Center).

Ang sa akin, unang brand na pinuntahan ko ay sa Nestea, and then Milo, Wellness Theater at Wellness Center. Hindi ko na maalala yung pangatlong (3rd) brand na pinuntahan ko.

Yung sa Wellness Theater, may anim na programs. Yung oras na program na papuntahan ko, entitled "Boom Panes Dahil Hindi Laos Ang Mag-Exercise"

In the program, the male and female hosts featured a number of food items with their equivalent exercise. Hindi ko lang maalala yung nakuha ko.

Yung sa Wellness Center naman. Kukunin yung height, weight, name, age, at iba pang details, regarding sa health mo. Pupuntahan ka sa isang nutritionist/dietician. In my case, ibinagay ko yung isang piece of paper na may height, weight, name, age, at iba pang details. May hawak silang iPad. Tatanungi ka kung among oras ka natutulog at nagigising/gumigising sa umaga, kung umiinom ka ng gatas, etc.

Malalaman mo din kung any weight mo ay underweight, normal weight, or overweight/obese.

Tapos, wala akog freebie na payong, kasi naubos yung oras ko sa dalawang activities dahil sa haba ng pila. Yes, you read it right, and I repeat. naubos yung oras ko sa dalawang activities dahil sa haba ng pila, kaya wala akong freebie na payong.

Ang main objective ko talaga yung consultation ng nutritionist/dietician.

Papasok ba ako bukas at sa Miyerkules, or hindi. That is the question.

I'm sorry for not updating for the past few days. Because I'm writing a story on Wattpad. Yes, I'm currently writing a book on the aforementioned website. I currently using Apple's Pages. I use Microsoft's Word for spelling, sentence fragments, etc.

I also use Google's Translate.

It helps me translating from Filipino to English. Because I am writing in English.

I don't know why. I currently no plans on translating the novel I'm writing into Filipino or Tagalog.

These stories I read on Wattpad.

First and foremost, I am not a fan of One Direction. Yes, you read it right. I'm not a Directioner. Gusto ko lang magbasa ng fanfiction (or simply fanfic) stories, about them.

These stories (here, and its sequel) is the first stories that I read. This is the second story (third story, actually) that I read. Stories focused on Zayn Malik.

The third one (fourth story) is focused on Louis Tomlinson.

All these stories are written by Filipino fans of One Direction (1D for short).

And yes, I have an account on Wattpad. I don't have ongoing and completed stories yet, on this account of mine.

The first Zayn Malik-centric fanfic (Bad Boy book 1), and the story Surprise?! (Louis Tomlinson-centric) are the stories that I read, na isang araw ko binasa. While the Zayn Malik-centric fanfic sequel (Bad Boy book 2) is ongoing. Yes, the story is not finished yet.

Maleficent (2014 film)

Angelina Jolie is perfect for the role of Maleficent. I like the cinematography and production design of the movie.

I'm quite disappointed with the screen time of Prince Philip in the movie.

The Manila concert of One Direction for their On the Road Again Tour.

I do understand that there are One Direction fans. There are ordinary 1D fans. There are die-hard Directioners (word for the One Direction fans).

It is okay for me for those who waited on SM Mall of Asia Arena, to get tickets. But those expensive tickets are outrageous and ridiculous. The most expensive ticket, the VIP ticket, is almost 18 thousand pesos.

There’s no problem with me "IF" the concert will be held later this year around, let’s say, between July until October or November. But their concert will be held next year.

It is confirmed that the 2nd/second day of the concert will be the following day, March 22.

The news reports that the prices for the 2nd/second day of the concert will be released by this week, or by next week.

Sana naman, yung may mga expensive tickets, huwag na sanang kumuha para sa sa 2nd/second day of the concert ng 1D.

Maawa naman sila sa mga wala pang ticket, lalo na sa mga nasa probinsya na 1D fans.

Their upcoming concert will be held in Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.

Movie: X-Men: Days of Future Past

First and foremost, I am not familiar with X-Men comic books and graphic novels.

This movie is one of the X-Men that I like. The other movies are The Wolverine, X-Men: First Class, and X2: X-Men United.

Movie screening of "X-MEN: Days of Future Past".

The movie screening is the very first/1st contest that I joined, on one of the contest provided by Nuffnang Philippines, since I joined Nuffnang late last year. Around September or October of 2013.

I really do not have expectations that my entry will be chosen, among other Nuffnangers'* entries.

On one of the blog posts, I answered the question, since I'm not a fashionista guy. The question is this. "What would you correct from your past to save the future?"

The Amazing Spider-Man 2

The sequel is okay. I didn’t expect that Harry Osborne would turn into Green Goblin this sequel.

I’m quite disappointed that Rhino’s exposure is short at the end of the film.

I still don’t feel the chemistry of Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone portraying their characters.

I’m expected that will be a post-credits scene, aside from the mid-credits scene.

X-MEN: Days of Future Past

I do admit that I'm having a hard time to answer the question "What would you correct from your past to save the future?" There's a law in physics "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction."

I don't know which part or parts of my past to correct to save the future. To be honest, I'm going to correct, in my humble opinion, most or majority of my past mistakes to be able to have a good future.

First, I'm going to disguise, and then study and help myself. When I'm already contented for what I'd done. I'm going to go back in time, and to know the outcome.

Aside from the new version of Godzilla, and Maleficent's point-of-view (POV) in Maleficient, X-MEN: Days of Future Past is one of the movies I want to watch this month.

I read this book yesterday. I read most of the chapters yesterday. I read the last 3 chapters this morning.

It's a good book. The genre of this book is Children's. I like it.

The book is written in a diary-like format. And it is easy to read.

May traffic bago mag-MRT GMA-Kamuning underpass. I'm referring to the northbound area.

Moderate traffic paglagpas mo ng GMA Kamuning bago mag-MRT Santolan, you see in the photo above. May road construction/s (or repair) kasi.

The photo above was taken yesterday morning. Sana, nag-MRT na lang ako.

Pero for the past Saturdays na nag-commute ako via bus, ay wala namang traffic. At walang road construction/s (or repair).

I got a text message from Fully Booked earlier this day, that the reservation copy of the book Ways to Live Forever by Sally Nicholls ay dumating na sa TriNoma branch nila.

I don't know what the front book cover look like, because there are different images I found on the Internet. And the book cost 294 PHp (Philippine pesos).

And I'm planning to ask my aunt, who is currently in the U.K., to buy me the 2/two soundtracks (score soundtrack album and compilation soundtrack album) and the Blu-Ray edition of the movie.

Last Saturday morning, kaya may moderate traffic between GMA Kamuning & MRT Cubao, kasi may ginagawang construction sa southbound area ng GMA Kamuning & MRT Cubao.

Montemar Beach Club Inc.

For the past 3 days, I was went to Bagac, Bataan. Because my family & I had family outing. That was my first time in Bataan.

The resort my family went is Montemar Beach Club Inc. It is located in Bagac, Bataan.

May kalakihan ang resort. The resort has 2 swimming pools: one for the members and their guests, and the other one is for non-members.

My family consists of 9 members including one child. So we have 2 rooms.

Here's my list of pros and cons, in random order.

Pros:
1) The beach resort is maintained.
2) If you going to eat your dinner, you may choose from their menu or choose from their list of food to be grilled. If you're going to have your breakfast, you may have buffet or from their menu.
3) Each bathroom contains amenities like soaps, shampoo, etc.
4) The resort has playground.
5) The resort has 2 tree houses which connected by a hanging bridge.
6) You will be greeted by the employees.

Cons.
1) Some parts of the wooden sliding doors are not working properly.
2) I just don't know if it is just me, or the holder for tissue and soap are slanted pakaliwa.

The Maze Runner series by James Dashner

I didn't know about these books until I read the article of Divergent (the novel) in Wikipedia. A prequel to the series "The Kill Order" was released 2/two years ago. The series was written by James Dashner.

I read that the movie will released in theaters in some countries this coming September, including the Philippines. I watch a trailer of the movie, via one of the tweets from this account.

I don't know if I'm going to read the series, including the prequel.

Insomnia and blog post.

I am very sorry that I didn't able to post a blog post yesterday. Dahil nakalimutan ko, at hindi ko naisipan.

Last night, I wasn't able to sleep. I don't know why. I'm completely no idea why this was happened to me. This is the nth time that I couldn't sleep. The first time was last May 2002. That was 12 years ago. I don't have insomnia. I just couldn't sleep.

No moderate or heavy traffic.

Last Saturday morning, I rode a bus. Like in my previous blog post, there is no moderate or heavy traffic in Balintawak, Edsa until MRT Ortigas.

Unfortunately, I forgot take a video nor a photo.

I will not able to take a video nor a photo this coming weekend, because I will in one of the provinces here in the Philippines.

Help and ride

Last Saturday morning, I decided to take a bus going from the place ako sumasakay ng bus, papuntang Ortigas. There's no heavy traffic that morning. I arrived there in the intersection of Edsa and Ortigas Avenue, is around 7:15 AM and 7:30 AM. My work is in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

I try to take photo this Saturday. Hopefully, my phone will not get snatched.

And also, last Saturday afternoon, I appreciate the help of Miss Flower*, kaya lang ayaw na ayaw ko yung tinutulungan nila ako, and the same time, papagalitan ako.
